QLStats

Aims to deliver detailed player statistics from particular events and unlimited match history for everyone. We would like to archive as many results from tournaments as possible and also create separate statistics for pickups. Later on we will try to create some kind of player / team rating system.

Ratio calculation


Ratio is used to sort the players in the detail of the event. TDM ratio is a number calculated from player's net frags and net damage, where each frag is weighted the same as about 233 damage.
For pickups, the ratio is adjusted by information if the match was won or lost and if it was mercylimit or not. Winning a match will increase the ratio by 15%, losing will decrease it by 15%. Mercylimit reduces this "bonus" by 3 times (+5% in case of win and -5% in case of loss).

These adjusments had to be done in order to motivate players to create equal teams and to care about their team winning (and not just their personal stats).

Actual formula:

tdm ratio = (avgNetFrags * 0.3 + avgNetDamage / 100 * 0.7) * (1 + (0.15 * (wins / matches - losses / matches))) / ((1 + (2 * mercylimitMatches)) / matches)


CTF ratio is a mix of average captures / assists / defends and damage done.

ctf ratio = avgCaptures * 10 + avgAssists * 4 + avgDefends + avgDamageDone / 3000
